I refuse to let shame have the final word.
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that being a “good Christian woman” meant being agreeable. Available. Modest. Quiet. Perfect.
The perfect wife.
The perfectly spiritual woman.
The perfectly organized mom.
And when intimacy felt confusing or heavy?
We assumed it was our fault.
But here’s what I believe:
You don’t have to become someone else to have a healthy marriage.
You don’t have to erase your personality to honor God.
You don’t have to perform righteousness to be worthy of connection.
God is not asking you to shrink.
He’s inviting you to step fully into who He actually made you to be.
For the woman who’s
ready to reclaim what
God called good.
Rip It Off is the podcast for Christian women who love Jesus but feel stuck, disconnected, or confused about intimacy.
Together, we confront shame, untangle bad theology, and rebuild intimacy from the foundation of Scripture.
